We are following Government Guidance in relation to our Covid protocols. We take the safety of our patrons and staff very seriously and with the new variant concerns we would like to reassure patrons that we are working within the Government Guidance to ensure the safety of all.
As per government guidance it is mandatory to wear masks when in the venue.
At present it is not necessary to show a Covid Passport for entry into a venue of our size however this is being monitored.
Temperature checks are in place upon entry and our team will continue to operate an enhanced cleaning regime, which includes additional high touch point cleaning in our venues.
Staff will continue to wear face coverings and we request that customers do the same whilst inside the venue. Hand sanitiser will be provided throughout the venue, which we encourage frequent use of during your visit.
We are operating a cashless box office and bar so please don’t forget your card or pay on Google Pay or Apple Pay.
Customers are no longer be required to "check in" to the NHS track and trace app however, should you test positive for COVID-19 within 48 hours of being at the venue we request that you let us know as soon as possible on email@example.com
