A love letter to UK Garage and the iconic tunes that defined a generation. 'Garage Girl' is for anyone who lived it, loved it, or found it through its revival — all while asking: was life really better in the 90s, or were we just young?
With a growing presence across both live comedy and screen, Murphy is quickly establishing herself as a performer to watch in both comedy and television.
Murphy has also built an impressive screen career, including starring as Serena Wilson in David Brent: Life on the Road (directed by Ricky Gervais), appearing alongside Ryan Reynolds and Bill Nighy in Detective Pikachu, and roles across hit television including playing Jekka in Cheaters (BBC), Catastrophe (Channel 4), Breeders (Sky) with Martin Freeman, and Here We Go (BBC) with Katherine Parkinson and Alison Steadman.
Upcoming projects include the ITV drama Saviour, and Charlie Brooker’s new absurd comedy crime thriller series for Netflix.
