Tickets can be booked either online through our website, via our booking line number 020 7534 1744 or in person at the Museum Box Office. Please check Museum Opening Times.
Our Call Centre is operated by the museum direct; opening hours Monday-Friday 10am-5pm.

London International Arts Theatre
LIAT is the umbrella organisation running:
Museum of Comedy comprising the Vestry Hall and The Comedy Crypt.

Booking Fees
Booking fees may vary.
As standard, all tickets purchased over the phone or through the website are subject to a booking fee of 15%. Minimum fee £2. All booking fees are capped at £4 per ticket.
There is no charge for booking in person at the venue.
Groups booking for shows with Group Ticket Prices should contact the Box Office.
There are no additional transaction charges.
Tickets
When booking, you will be given the option of either print at home tickets or collect at the Box Office, both options are free of charge. Your print at home option can be found in your confirmation email by clicking the link at the top of the email. This opens a printable PDF. Should your print at home option not work please ensure that you bring some valid ID and your reference number and you will be able to collect your tickets at the Box Office.
PLEASE NOTE: Once purchased, to gain entry to the event you must present your ticket plus ID matching the name on the ticket at the point of entry. If someone else will be attending on your behalf please contact the Box Office.
Waiting List
You can add yourself to the waiting list via the website or by speaking to the Box Office for any sold out performance. Adding your name to the waiting list does not guarantee tickets. We may contact you by phone or email when tickets become available. We also release tickets via @museumofcomedy on Twitter and Facebook, and any returned tickets are sold on a strictly first come first served basis.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unable to attend an event for which you hold tickets please contact the Box Office who will advise on how best to proceed. Please contact the box office direct on boxoffice@museumofcomedy or 020 7534 1744.
We are only able to exchange tickets to another date or time of the same show no later than 48 hours before the start time of the event for which the original booking has been made. All ticket exchanges will incur a charge of £2.50 per transaction.
We are unable to offer a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances and only at the company's complete discretion. All ticket refunds will incur a charge of £2.50 per ticket.
Resales
Tickets are non-transferable. If you sell or purchase tickets for this event via a reseller such as Seatwave, Viagogo, GetMeIn, TicketsNow, StubHub or Ebay or any outlet other than the Museum of Comedy or one of its authorised agents the ticket will be cancelled without refund.
Group Bookings
Many of the shows offer group discounts subject to availability, and in addition booking fees are reduced. For all group bookings contact boxoffice@museumofcomedy.com or 020 7534 1744.
Concessions
Concessions are available for the following:
Under 16s where the show allows
Students in full time education with valid identification
Senior Citizens
Visitors with disabilities
Concessions are not always available. Please refer to the performance you wish to attend for details.
Family Tickets
Family Tickets, where available, include a maximum of two full paying adults. Please refer to the performance you wish to attend for more details.
Vouchers and Discounts
We unfortunately do not accept theatre tokens/vouchers or offer car park vouchers.
Special offers and competitions may be introduced or withdrawn without notice.
Special Offer Terms and Conditions:
Any special offer is for the performance, activity or event referred to by name.
Special offers regarding entry tickets to the Museum can be redeemed only against entry to the Museum of Comedy and not Museum events or performances in the Comedy Crypt, likewise any offers for Museum performances cannot be redeemed against Museum entry tickets.
Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or concession nor retrospectively.
Special offers are valid for use online, over the phone or in person at the Museum of Comedy Box Office, unless otherwise specified.
To redeem online, enter the code provided in the box marked Promotion Code.
Discounts or offers may be subject to Terms and Conditions in addition to these specific to that discount or offer.
Competition Terms and Conditions:

Where an email address has been submitted as entry for the competition, the Museum of Comedy may use this address to contact you with show information and offers.

Unless otherwise stated, winners will be drawn at random the Monday following the competition's launch and winners will be contacted by email.
Access Booking
Guide Dogs and Hearing dogs are permitted in the auditorium, they can stay with you during the performance or a member of staff will be happy to care for your dog. Please mention this when booking.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q I haven't received my confirmation email?
A The confirmation email comes from leicestersquaretheatre@yourtheatretickets.com and sometimes can be found in your Junk Mail inbox. The Box Office are able to resend the confirmation email, contact them with your order reference number and it can be resent. Alternatively, bring a valid form of ID and your order reference number and you will be able to collect your tickets at the door.

Q When may I collect my tickets?
A Please see the visit us page to check opening hours. Outside of these hours we're often hired for private events, so access times can vary. Check our opening hours page under the 'Visit' tab for general info, or call us on 020 7534 1744 for specifics.
Q What time does the show start?
A If a show is advertised at being at 7pm then that is the time the programme will start. Any show that does not have a support artist listed will mean that the main artist is on at the advertised start time.
